As a People Business Partner at adMarketplace, you will support all business groups in implementing strategic talent and development programs that foster a high-performing, employee-oriented culture. You will play a critical role in building relationships with business leaders, providing valuable insights into people and talent issues, and assisting in the execution of key initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
- You'll report to the Director, People Operations and use your expertise across all business groups to provide guidance and direction on day-to-day employee issues and engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics, including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and other key initiatives.
- You will support managers through core People processes in conjunction with the Director, People Operations in tasks such as annual compensation reviews, growth reviews, and our ongoing focus on managing performance.
- You will help managers address performance issues early and - where necessary - navigate more complex employee relations matters that arise, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations for headcount planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Proactively partner with key functions (Hiring, L&D, Compensation, etc.) to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions across the organization.
Who you are:
- 3 - 4 years experience in HRBP or human resources related roles.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues, including making recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and thriving in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, using it to help business leaders better understand workforce needs and incorporate results into workforce strategy and planning.
- The experience to design and deliver innovative approaches in workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, culture transformation, and organizational design.
*Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus + Equity

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
