Job Summary:
Healthee is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partnership Manager to lead and manage key partnerships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) providers. This individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships that drive business growth and enhance the overall value proposition of Healthee's offerings.
The Partnership Manager will initially report directly to the VP of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Sale Partnership Management: Take ownership of all partner relationships post-sale, ensuring that expectations are met, and partnerships deliver value to both Healthee and its partners.
- Ongoing Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary point of contact for PEO, TPA, and Ben Admin partners, ensuring continued collaboration, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance the partnership.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with partners to ensure their needs and objectives are aligned with Healthee's ongoing services and solutions, providing support and strategic advice to optimize mutual outcomes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure post-sale partnership activities are aligned with company goals and deliver maximum value to our partners.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly review the performance of partnerships, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to ensure ongoing success, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives to enhance outcomes.
- Contract Renewal and Upsell Opportunities: Work with existing partners on contract renewals and explore opportunities to expand the partnership, introducing new services or solutions where applicable.
- Partner Training and Support: Develop and deliver ongoing training and resources to ensure partners are fully equipped to utilize Healthee's solutions effectively post-sale. Specifically trainings for brokers, sales, and CS resources.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any partnership challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful long-term collaboration.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to partnership implementations and improvements, making sure everything stays on track and that resources are used effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to hit key milestones, keep timelines on schedule, and provide regular updates to partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management, ideally within the healthcare, PEO, TPA, or benefits administration industries.
- Strong understanding of the PEO, TPA, and Ben Admin landscape, including the key players, trends, and post-sale dynamics.
- Proven track record of managing successful long-term partnerships that drive business results after the initial sale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to anticipate partner needs and provide strategic support to enhance partnership performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes in complex post-sale scenarios.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple ongoing partner relationships.

Salary:
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120-130k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive bonuses and equity based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
