You will be a key member of a quickly growing team specializing in acquiring Media Supply for adflow. 

Adflow presents customers with relevant offers in a post transaction environment on 3rd party e-commerce sites. It is prompted on the purchase confirmation page and matches consumers with relevant offers based on demographics and known purchase behavior. 


What You'll Do 

  • Function as support for account management for adflow Publishers- support initially with all partners, then to own dedicated “portfolio” of partners after determined onboarding period; tasks include: 
        • Continued direct dialogue with each partner 
        • Weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly calls, QBRs, partner objectives & KPIs 
        • Partner with Sales rep at a relationship level, but all day-to-day communications, tasks, reporting, forecasting, QBRs, etc., managed through PS 
        • Reporting insights and analysis
  • Partner Onboarding- 
        • Project management of launch strategy for new Media sources, pre & post launch communication, call scheduling, build materials & specs, partnering with Ops to execute 
        • Collaborate with Sales team to outline KPIs, goals, milestones for partnership 
  • Serve as the voice of the Partner internally, advocating for needs & requests, sharing feedback, and success stories to drive product and customer service improvements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience and troubleshoot pain points
  • Partner with Client Success and Data Science teams to maximize media mix and Partnership strategy based on key campaign & demographic insights 
  • Support with expanding opportunities, such as identifying and onboarding new placements with existing Partners 
  • Partner testing – collaborate on A/B creative strategy with Ops support to execute and find new creative wins 
  • Manage volume forecasting calendar with Finance, Client Success and Tech 
  • Partner with Product to present new product features, upgrades and solutions to Partners and drive adoption (where applicable) 
  • Manage monthly billing with Partners 

Requirements

  • 3+ years Partnership or Client Success Management 
  • Experience managing a dedicated portfolio of clients- daily comms and roadmap for strategic goals 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via zoom, email, Slack (personable, accountable and grounded) 
  • Familiarity and comfort with technical concepts and troubleshooting (particularly tag managers, pixels, iFrames, JS, SDKs, etc.) 
  • Strong project management and time management skills 
  • Creative and agile thinker with the ability to drive success with, and communicate concepts cross-functionally between Sales, Tech, Product and External parties to accomplish OKRs 
  • Experience with, and enjoys data analysis and trends 
  • Operationally focused, with a knack for creating processes and finding optimizations and efficiencies 
  • Thrives in a start-up environment and is energized by quick pivots 
  • Interest in e-commerce, Retail Media Networks and consumer psychology a plus

Salary Range: 90,000 to $100,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
