The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious objectives, we are seeking a Partner Business Operations Manager to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This role will establish a robust practice in operating a portfolio of strategic projects and orchestrating key initiatives for the organization.

As the Partner Business Operations Manager, you will build and manage the rhythm of the Channel and Alliances team through a highly disciplined cadence of business reviews and activities. Your focus will be on motivating team members through a structured framework of metrics and readouts of progress.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to help identify, design, and implement the initiatives and business processes necessary to implement a successful set of metrics and project updates.
  • Identify and operate key Partner meetings and advisory councils.
  • Establish and maintain regular metrics reviews to drive efficiencies in business models and investment.
  • Manage organization budget to ensure impact and effectiveness goals are achieved.
  • Drive organization communication planning, both internal and external, to partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Channel or Sales Operations experience.
  • A compassionate leader and enthusiastic learner who values diversity, excelling in a dynamic, high-growth environment. A dedicated team builder, collaborator, and leader.
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Experienced in working closely with channel partners.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; a highly effective influencer.
  • Change Maker! You proactively seek opportunities to initiate change and positively disrupt the status quo.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. 

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. 

United States: 

Zone 1: $172,000 – $237,000/year (USD)

Zone 2: $155,000 – $214,000/year (USD)
