The MSSP Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our MSSP partners, ensuring their success in delivering our security solutions to their clients. This role involves collaborating closely with partners to drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, leading to mutual growth and success.

What you will do:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with MSSP partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement materials, including guides, playbooks, and case studies.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of MSSP partners, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and track KPIs for partner success.

Support and Escalation:

  • Act as an escalation point for any partner-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve complex partner inquiries.
  • Lead the development of partner engagement strategies to drive product adoption and utilization.

What you will have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or sales engineering within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Extensive knowledge of MSSP business models and the cybersecurity landscape, including security operations center processes, vulnerability management, and security controls that mitigate risk.
  • Experience in developing partner enablement materials, such as guides and playbooks, to support MSSP partners in deploying and managing security solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and nurture long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting partner data and translating it into actionable strategies for mutual success.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional partner satisfaction and success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
