BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Data Insights Manager in the Credit Services department, you'll manage the front-end reporting side of the customer experience metrics platform. You'll work with product leadership to define key product and feature-specific metrics needed to make data-driven decisions to improve customer-facing products.
WHAT OUR DATA INSIGHTS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Actively engages with Credit Services' leaders to provide analytical insights that enable operations to reduce risk in the development and execution of processes to enhance revenue while reducing losses.
  • Conducts deep-dive analyses to understand program performance, conducts complex multivariate analysis that addresses key strategic questions and drives ad hoc projects.
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of strategies and plans to evaluate business impacts while defining opportunities to optimize.
  • Manages project plans, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality.
  • Oversee the creation of automated, customer-readable reports using tools such as Tableau and Excel.
  • Partner with Information Technology and Business Intelligence organizations to obtain new reference data sources.
  • Work with the technical and leadership team to ensure all individual projects are appropriately supported and completed on time.
  • Recruits, manages, and develops analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: working within a data platform and data analysis environment: 5 years or more; managing complex projects: 5 years or more; leading teams of data analysts and data scientists
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data/Business analytics, market research, consumer insights or quantitative analysis or related field
  • Technical skills: Demonstrated in-depth skills with SQL, Python/SAS programming, Excel, and data visualization skills such as Tableau
  • Abilities: Balance conflicting resource demands and internal pressures with focus towards business priorities; communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing; manage development within a variety of technology stacks; manage complex and diverse projects simultaneously; supervise and motivate others


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Management or leadership: 2 years or more
  • Education: Relevant Master's degree
  • Knowledge: Telecommunications industry
