JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the management, tracking and reporting of traditional and digital advertising. Support the media team by providing campaign insights and performance results for both direct response and brand awareness media.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage the tracking/reporting of media data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to assess media performance framework.
Work with Manager to determine key projects and timelines for all deliverables.
Help develop, monitor, track and analyze key performance indicators for media plans for Residential and Multicultural segments.
Analyze call and response results to optimize and adjust media plans and strategies.
Day-to-day interaction with key analytic and planning partners/agencies.
Participate in internal and agency meetings to explain data analytics and provide detailed reports on performance results.
Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
Effective attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
Effective Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Effective communication, analytical and writing skills are a must and candidate must be able to work well with others in department
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
Must be detail-oriented with excellent computer, math skills
Required Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field of study, or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience with data analysis, interpretation, presentation, and delivery - 2+
Asset management 2+

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of cable and broadcast television, internet and media products and services
Interest in television and/or media
Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Media, agency, publisher, and client or television provider experience - 2-3
