We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-focused to join our team. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll have an opportunity to get deep into the inner workings of our business, customers, and marketing team to map out an effective, scalable, cross-functional process. This pivotal role is a unique blend of strategy, program management, process definition and refinement, and agile operational execution, all targeted toward influencing pivotal business results.

• Partner closely with the CMO and marketing leadership team to craft, refine, and advance key initiatives, ensuring they are in lockstep with the company's overarching objectives.
• Convert strategies into specific, actionable, and quantifiable plans, smoothly integrating these into operations.
• Undertake analysis of market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and institute efficient cross-functional operational cadences, processes and frameworks to elevate organizational productivity and performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide analysis and reporting on project outcomes, offering insights and recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement, promoting process and system improvements. Evaluate AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage Marketing OKRs and related operational processes such as Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.

• 8+ years of proven experience in marketing program management and/or marketing operations
• Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related discipline)
• The ability to convey complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences
• Experience combining strategic, analytical thinking, with hands-on execution
• This position is expected to utilize data and metrics to communicate needs with the ease of a business unit owner

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

Base pay range
$148,000 - $222,000 USD
