We are seeking a dynamic and experienced to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives through advanced data analysis, management experience, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analytics, building and delivering executive level presentations, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing operations processes, tools, and infrastructure to support scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities with broader business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Improve marketing attribution model to provide better visibility into marketing’s performance and contribution to revenue goals. 
  • Oversee omni-channel marketing programs involving various personas, channels, products, and industries – ensuring programs align to best practices and marketing priorities.


  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and optimize revenue marketing programs (e.g. Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns) to continuously maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI.


  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing operations and analytics professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.


  • Evaluate, select, and manage marketing technology platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with other business systems and platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations and analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ABM (e.g., 6sense), Chatbot, and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
