What You’ll Do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Financial Systems to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our core financial systems, NetSuite (ERP) and OneStream (Financial Consolidation & Reporting). This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of these systems to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing complex financial systems and driving process improvements.
What you’ll be working on
Strategic Leadership & Management:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the evolution and optimization of NetSuite and OneStream, aligning with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial systems initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee system implementation, upgrade, and integration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
NetSuite & OneStream Administration & Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of NetSuite and OneStream applications.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties.
- Drive the customization and configuration of NetSuite modules to meet evolving business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and other relevant areas.
- Optimize OneStream for efficient financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead the development and maintenance of custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within both systems.
- Manage data integrations between NetSuite, OneStream, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement and maintain robust system documentation and training materials.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ERP and financial consolidation systems.
Financial Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes using NetSuite and OneStream.
- Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure effective utilization of financial systems.
- Drive the implementation of best practices for financial reporting and analysis.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with a focus on NetSuite and OneStream.
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proven experience with financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 1 with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., SuiteScript, VB.NET, SQL) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP and financial consolidation systems.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
- NetSuite and/or OneStream certifications are highly desirable.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$140,000 - $150,000
