The Brand Customer Insights & Analytics Manager will be responsible for the advancement of next gen analytics and measurement to inform brand strategy, reputation, and drive business growth. Brand consideration will be a fundamental component of the evolved enterprise strategy customer commitment measurement and the role will be responsible to develop and manage a consistent brand measurement and analytics practice, enabling deep and actionable insights to inform brand strategy. This person brings intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills to turn research data into brand recommendations and actions.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Designs and implements predictive analytical models (e.g., to understand the drivers of brand consideration ) to enable brand strategy and business health measurement.


  • Analyzes data and produces brand health and consideration measurement and insights.


  • Deliver brand health and consideration metrics and provide insights to drive brand activation.


  • Management of global brand market research program, collaborating and informing brand strategy, and building brand measurement best practices.


  • Develop playbooks and toolkits to expand best-in-class scalable brand measurement for MetLife .


  • Proven track record of providing clear and detailed insights on how our key audiences are perceiving our brand and outline strengths and weaknesses vs competitors. Utilize research to assess the impact of signature programs on brand.


  • Continue to advance the culture of insightfulness and leverag ing insights to influence brand strate gy and drive business growth.


  • Data Management Experience : Able to understand disparate data sources and identify modes of integration for ideation on predictive model variables .


Essential Experience and Skills :

  • 5+ years' hands on experience with advance d statistical techniques to solve specific business questions (e.g., basic descriptive statistics, correlations, regression analysis, decision trees, neural networks, Bayesian belief models, cluster analysis, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems or business administration, marketing, with statistical / mathematical knowledge.


  • Highly analytical, customer centric, and data-driven, possessing ability to use insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and actionable recommendations.


  • Practical familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools and marketing/data platforms ( e.g., R, Python, Alteryx, Power BI )


  • Proficiency in advance d Excel and PowerPoint .


  • Storytelling skills to turn data into actionable insights. Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders.


  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and achieve results.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Experience and Skills :

  • H ands on experience in marketing research methodologies; expert in the field and bring marketing science discipline to full spectrum of primary marketing research as well as able to provide strong linkage to secondary research and performance analytics.


  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods .


  • Management of global brand market research program, collaborating and informing brand strategy, and building brand measurement best practices.


  • Experience in insurance and/or financial services a huge plus .

The wage range for applicants for this position is $103100 to $137400. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
