Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

  • Take small to large projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Partner with exemplary managers, L&D vendors, and key HR stakeholders from both line HR and across the centers of excellence to design meaningful, learner centric experiences and resources that shift mindset and contribute to sustained behavior change that align to the role of the manager today and prepare managers for the future of work
  • Define and execute a strategic on-going engagement and communications plan to create fans from all stakeholder groups for manager skills and capability building.
  • Create and maintain an effective internal network of resources. Build relationships with Talent Development Directors, Talent Development Managers, Global Learning and Development and other relevant HR colleagues to ensure agile and informed execution.
  • Produce creative solutions to dynamically engage our managers, leaders, and other stakeholders globally
  • Determine the appropriate digital channels that meets the technology demands and lifestyle of Managers
  • Continually measuring the ROI of all content, collecting consumption and satisfaction data, and identifying trends and insights to make updates/improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Keep up to date with all best practices and trends in management development and culture activation to continually assess where we can make improvements
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the current book of work and collaborating with stakeholders to identify creative solutions.
  • Develop detailed project execution plan and manage all implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraints
  • Communicate with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendors
  • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, enabling outcomes and benefits tracking


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management
  • Experience managing multiple large projects in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with senior leaders, demonstrating strong executive maturity, business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Experience being self-motivated and self-directed while operating in an environment of ambiguity and fast pace while driving high quality results.
  • Proven ability to leverage your network to bring outside thinking (from other industries, competitors, and academia) to the manager portfolio
  • Proven consulting skills including a track record of partnering effectively with HR teams, business leaders, managers, etc.
  • Proven track record of using data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identify insights, and make recommendations for updates/improvement.
  • Excellent project and program management skills and ability to implement globally, at scale.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate to influence across boundaries.
