Overview
As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you would oversee integrations with advertisers, exchanges and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products to develop innovative solutions and overcoming technical obstacles presented by customers. You would be responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of the assigned integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary requirements and technical guidance. You will actively shape the business with your technical expertise, customer focus and passion using InMobi advertising solutions. 

*This role is in-person and onsite in our New York, NY office and is not open to remote locations.

  • Engage directly with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide pre & post-sales advisory using technical expertise
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for all accounts, by setting expectations and anticipating and resolving client technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Use your deep technical understanding of our products to drive successful customer adoption
  • Act as internal liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams along with managing client expectation and communication.
  • Manage customer product deployments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate key market and customer requirements from the field to Product/Engineering teams.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and products and become a key resource for all client technical issues.
  • Demonstrate a passion for developing and deploying best practice technical sales and support processes in a high-growth environment.

The experience you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience working on global teams within the advertising technology industry, with significant exposure to mobile and programmatic ad tech ecosystem (Supply and Demand-side)
  • Must have 2+ years of client-facing experience, working directly with clients to drive performance outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills, with ability to thrive in ambiguity 
  • Strong obsession towards customer success, focused on quality and accuracy of work product, delivery timelines, & creating defined and well-executed processes
  • Extensive experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management; mobile and/or internet advertising is preferred
  • Highly relevant skills on different databases like Postgres, MySQL, etc, having databricks with Scala / Python is a plus
  • Experience working on API development and processes
  • Solid coding experience with at least one object-oriented programming skill: Java, C++, C# (.NET), or Scala
  • Experience with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5 are a must
  • Experience with app development (Android, iOS) is a big plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location. 

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $114,000 USD to $180,500 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*

*Our ranges may vary based on final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. 

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
