Head of Finance
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead our strategic finance initiatives, tackle key business challenges, and drive financial excellence across the organization. You will take ownership of financial planning and analysis, budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance metrics. This role demands a highly analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in communication, and approaches problems with a structured mindset amidst ambiguity. You will have significant visibility into all aspects of our business and play a crucial role in our growth trajectory.

• Develop and implement financial plans to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Perform detailed financial analyses to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, processes, and tools, ensuring scalability and efficiency as we grow.
• Lead and support ad-hoc strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.

• You can distill complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
• You have a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving with a focus on driving results.
• You possess strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with meticulous attention to detail.
• You excel in presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights and link business trends to financial outcomes.
• You have relevant experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud businesses.

Based out of a central office on 19th Street in Manhattan's Flatiron District. We love the energy of in-person collaboration while also offering the flexibility to work from home when needed.
