About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our key global markets. Leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels, you will develop data-led strategies to engage high-value collectors, enhance brand visibility, and unlock new opportunities within our expanding marketplace. This role demands a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and the evolving intersection of technology and fine wine investment.

This is one of our first hires in New York as we expand our footprint on the East Coast. This position will support Vinfolio (US) and FINE+RARE (UK, Asia and Europe).
 

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and enhances brand positioning.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies and campaigns.
     

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Lead hands-on execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize digital advertising efforts across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to maximize ROI and elevate brand visibility.
  • Design and implement innovative digital campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
     

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Create and implement effective customer acquisition strategies targeting new and returning customers.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing efforts driven by data analysis.
     

Brand Management

  • Collaborate with the VP, Brand to align all marketing efforts with a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives reflect the brand's values and identity.
     

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, understand customer behavior, and analyze sales data to gain actionable insights.
  • Report on campaign outcomes and performance metrics to stakeholders, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
     

Collaboration

  • Actively work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering and customer service, to enhance the customer experience and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry organizations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

 

You will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in hands-on growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building effective relationships.
  • Experience collaborating in diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Customer-focused approach dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Adaptable to market changes and responsive to customer feedback.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with skills in developing engagement strategies.
