Global Community Program Manager

Notion is an in-person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About the role:

Notion has a customer community unlike any other in software. Our community is made up of tens of millions of passionate users who use Notion daily in their work and personal lives. At Notion, the community is at the heart of our product, and as a Global Community Program Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build out a fun and engaging online experience for our community, and create fun and creative ways to get more Notion users participating across our community programs. We’re looking for someone to manage our online community and drive new engagement opportunities across programs.

• Own the strategy of our online community experience for broader Notion users
• Develop community guidelines, moderation rules and support workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day management of our online community
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our online hub, including content creation that encourages our community to continue to share their stories, knowledge, and build real human connection
• Evaluate and implement various tools and dashboards to understand and drive engagement and growth across our community
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across programs (startups, creators, developers, etc.) to implement community building strategies  that drive further business impact
• Set KPIs, measure the impact of your efforts, and continuously iterate on initiatives to drive further growth and engagement

• 7+ years experience in project/program/product management
• Experience managing online communities using Discord, Circle, Khoros, etc. 
• Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders across regions
• Strong operational and data chops to execute and iterate on initiatives quickly
• B.A./B.S. degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• Experience implementing 3rd party tooling or software
• Experience managing a large global community

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140 - 170K.
