About the role
Radar is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own the execution and coordination of high-impact pipeline activities. You’ll partner with our Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to execute impactful events that drive qualified leads and pipeline.
You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our in-person and digital event strategy while driving engagement, conversion, and pipeline.
You will report to our VP of Growth. This is a NYC-based position located at our headquarters in Union Square. You'll be working from our New York office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 - $150,000/year with an opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives.
In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees a competitive equity plan with stock option grants. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company that we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company together.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the execution of high-impact field events, in-house/sponsored webinars, roundtables, and regional campaigns that are timely and within budget
- Manage the full cycle event process with pre and post event deliverables, and sales enablement that converts leads to pipeline
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams) to align event strategies with business priorities and goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and content for events, including email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and paid advertising
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, ROI, and lead generation outcomes
- Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and optimizing our spend
You have:
- 3-5 years of event management experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- A track record of managing events that generate high-quality pipeline
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate messaging effectively in demand generation promotions, and build strong, productive relationships with vendors, and cross-functionally
