The Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO. This role will also provide calendar support for 1-2 other executives.  This role will report to the CEO, and is required to be in person in NYC on Monday-Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion 
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other internal / external stakeholders, prioritize meetings, and prepare correspondence
  • Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, as well as other administrative tasks (e.g. within Garner’s office) as needed
  • Complete personal tasks for the CEO (e.g. home management tasks, planning events, and other special projects)
  • Manage the calendars of 1-2 additional senior executives

  • Previous executive and personal assistant experience, preferably at a fast-moving startup
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
  • An ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
  • A desire and ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving startup environment
  • Strong personal drive to learn and grow as a professional and contribute to the company’s mission
