EAP Dedicated Clinical Care Navigator
As a dedicated Care Navigator you will be responsible for providing clinical support and essential EAP functions to a dedicated customer account virtually. This role will report to a Clinical Manager.
This role is remote with 20% sponsored travel required as needed, and a mandatory schedule of Monday - Friday:
- 9am-5pm PST | 11am-7pm CST | 12pm-8pm EST
- 9am-5pm MST | 10am-6pm CST | 11am-7pm EST
In this role, you will providing direct member support, such as:
- Provide clinical support and essential EAP functions.
- Ensure a personalized approach and reduction of barriers to care through in-the-moment member clinical support (sometimes including crisis intervention), psycho-education, triage, referral, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with the Spring Health care support and clinical teams to assist members with creating a digital account, completing online screenings, and scheduling provider appointments.
- Document activities and support efforts to track and improve member progress in care.
- Collaborate with customer’s vendor partners to direct members to Spring Health’s digital CBT program, employer benefits, other and external community resources as appropriate.
- Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
In this role, you will spend time on strategic partnership development efforts, such as:
- Attend meetings with the Events team and the dedicated customer account to assist with coordination and planning for webinar group discussions and EAP trainings.
- Assist with facilitation of group discussions and lead webinars and trainings for the customer, when available.
- Provide guidance and support for worksite critical incidents and disruptive events.
- Conduct consultation and training to advise leadership, human resources, and the Employee Resource Center on EAP processes.
- Provide guidance to the Employee Resource Center leads to support for employee questions and needs.
- Partner with the company wellness team or other stakeholders, as well as the Spring Health Customer Success team to promote wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic member of the Spring Health team collaborating with the Senior CSM on enrollment and engagement strategies.
- Attend meetings with customer team to share clinical insights and trends from care navigation calls
- Complete required internal training and assignments and attend team meetings.
- Approximately 15%-20% travel as needed to support customer events.
What we expect from you:
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years’ experience (independent licensure required).
- EAP experience (CEAP preferred).
- Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources.
- Tech and computer savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms, and efficient in tech-related tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to go above and beyond and to multi-task and context switch!
The target base hourly range for this position is $38.41 - $48.71, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
