The Treasury Director will be a leader and change-agent, overseeing, managing and planning the company’s cash activity and investment performance on a daily basis.  Additionally, this role will drive operational improvements for critical activities, including cash and liquidity management, short-term investments, foreign exchange and hedge execution (when needed) and managing our strategic banking relationships.



  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with our banks, with a critical eye pointed towards mitigation of concentration risk and fee management
  • Develop, enhance and implement standardized daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting models.
  • Oversee and manage cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Develop and implement key liquidity and financial metrics to monitor, report and drive performance.
  • Oversee and manage and enhance the investment strategy and portfolio, including recommendations for investment purchases, execution and settlement of purchases.
  • Assist in understanding and managing credit facilities, including optimizing terms and conditions when needed.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of credit facilities, including the timely submission of quarterly attestations.
  • Present potential hedging strategies to mitigate risks associated with interest rates and foreign exchange.
  • Assist in the execution of our capital allocation strategies.




  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Treasury and/or FP&A related positions
  • Effective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority, and to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and identify opportunities, quickly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of monetary markets, interest rate markets, investment strategies and hedging strategies

  • New York, New York (Monday – Thursday in office; Friday remote)

  • $200,000 - $225,000
