How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Partner with both external compensation and sales compensation strategy teams on new product offerings, new annual compensation plans with appropriate operational readiness plans.
• Oversee incentive compensation is paid on time and with quality to our MetLife Sales Force and RIS sales representatives .
• Collaborate closely with the agile team to support compensation initiatives for new products and new compensation plans.
• Lead continuous improvement and simplification by collaborating with key internal partners, GOSC and other SCA teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversea the QA process with the GOSC team performing QA process both stateside and in India.
• Oversee risk reduction and management across SCA organization.
• Manage capacity model to ensure that overall SCA organization is staffed appropriately.
• Lead the monthly metrics review across entire organization to ensure metrics are provided accurately and prompt.
• Continue to build out metrics and reporting at team level to hold management team accountable.
• Ensure all SCA teams have documented procedures and processes that are followed to reduce risk.
• Partners with other operational areas to build strong working relations and improve workflow and organizational issues.
• Manage SCA salesforce process collaborating closely with Agile team and managing enhancements to the system and providing operational readiness to team.
• Oversee providing monthly and quarterly updates on status of initiatives and sharing impact to the associates and leadership.
• Develop management team by providing real time feedback and new ways to do day to day work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of the Group administrative platforms including and not limited to implementation, billing, and service systems (GroupFacs, CDF, MetFacs2, CBS, SBS)
  • Expert knowledge of brokers and compensation plans and programs.
  • 10+ years of previous broker industry experience, 5+ years previous people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Ability to develop strategies with key partners.
  • Competencies: Analytical, Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and makes sound business decisions.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop people.
