We are looking for an Director, Channel Partnerships
Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 salary plus commission, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
This role will spearhead strategic initiatives to cultivate and expand relationships with some of Rokt’s largest and most strategic accounts in the Entertainment and Ticketing vertical, including Live Nation, AXS.com and NBCU (amongst others). By cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams at both Rokt and in partner organizations, the Channel Partnerships Director will secure new business, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships in support of accelerating revenue for Rokt and our partners. This role gets you front row access to working with the largest entertainment brands in the world to deliver significant revenue growth.
About the role:
- Lead channel sales efforts, focusing on developing and managing strategic relationships with our channel partners to drive partner expansion, advertiser growth and sponsorship opportunities to deliver revenue growth.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for partner engagement, including onboarding of new channel partners.
- Work very closely with our largest channel partners to co-pitch investment opportunities (new supply partners and advertisers), work with our channel partners on new sales strategy and be a thought partner to our channel teams and their sales organization.
- Build very strong relationships and train the sales teams of our channel referral partners.
- Serve as a product expert and primary contact, conveying Rokt’s value to partners and building connections across their organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering) on co-marketing opportunities and product insights.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to position our offerings effectively and inform partnership strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of revenue generating and managing partnerships experience for eCommerce, AdTech, and/or MarTech
- Experience building strong channel or partnership relationships, working closely with leaders across the organization to drive strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the "C" level as well as through the organization.
- Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
- Previous experience within the Entertainment vertical is a plus
- You have built senior relationships and partnerships (SVP+)
