The Role: 

The Content Production Artist is responsible for executing high-quality designs and digital assets that adhere to established brand guidelines and creative concepts. This role emphasizes precision, attention to detail, and timely delivery of production-ready assets. This role will support the Brand Design team to help make quick, accurate updates across many versions. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, enjoys executing straightforward updates, and ensures every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.


The Team: 

This role would be a part of the brand team and would partner with members of the larger marketing organization as well as cross functionally with stakeholders across Carrot.


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a production design or similar role, focusing on digital and print assets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce pixel-perfect designs in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large creative teams, including web developers and video producers
  • Knowledge of Asana
  • Ability to set up design systems that improve quality and efficiency
  • Ability to take in the style and iterate


Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $75,000-$85,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
