As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships! You will be responsible for recruiting new channel partners, managing an existing book of business, and generating revenue for the organization through partner referrals.

  • Drive aggressive growth for our Americas Channel Partnerships team through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound net new partners: from system integrators, HR Consultancies, PE/VC’s, and Brokers we want to ensure their success the first 90 days and beyond as they become productive revenue-driving partners.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts.
  • Work with Tech Partner managers to utilize existing relationships with integration partners to tap into their channel partner networks effectively.
  • Become an expert in presenting the value of our Partner Program, continuously refining recruitment approaches.
  • Identify and prioritize the right partners for our program, focusing on the North America market.
  • Establish and maintain monthly engagement cadences with existing partners to foster continuous pipeline growth and keep HiBob top of mind.
  • Organize and host partner engagement activities, including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc., to deepen partner relationships and drive mutual success.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners and their clients, facilitating successful partnerships and customer outcomes.
  • Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution.

Base salaries for this role range from $100,000 - $145,000 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

As an HR company, HiBob seeks to create a best-in-class employee experience for all Bobbers. We take immense pride in the diversity of our team and in creating an environment that is fair and equitable for all. Ensuring pay equity across race, gender, and all other forms of diversity is pivotal to this mission.

When determining salary ranges for our roles, we look at external market data and the salaries of Bobbers holding the same or similar roles. Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 3+ years of Channel Partner management experience at a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target
  • Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus!
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building a Channel partner book of business from scratch (not just managing an existing one)
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment

HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that. It’s a place where Bobbers can be themselves. We’re about fun, dreams, hopes and ambition, just as much as we are about precision, growth, and top performance. Becoming a Bobber means you’ll receive competitive compensation, benefits, and pre-IPO equity alongside all of this:

  • Stock options at a high-growth unicorn startup
  • 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees
  • 401(k) with a 3% company match starting from Day 1
