The Team You Will Join
The Disability Technology team is driving a large US business and technology transformation effort for claims and leave management. This role will be part of a leadership team driving fast paced change and business value, reporting to the VP of Disability Technology. Direct reports will include a mix of program and technical leadership with management over both employee and strategic partner teams.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for realizing customer and operations value by driving migration practices, production stability and new feature roadmaps for Disability Technology. Managing the full Disability Migration process includes data management, dependency management, testing and stability. This role will work across all Disability technologies to maintain quality and production support levels with multiple streams of change work and customer migrations via E2E testing, response SLAs and continuous improvement. This role will achieve run rate savings through the sunset of Disability Legacy applications. Based on migration client analysis and testing, this role will provide critical input into the roadmap for customer needs in our target platform.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future

  • Lead the Disability client data migration and testing process end to end.
  • Drive E2E integrated regression testing across multiple change streams to ensure stability for all clients.
  • Provide consistent production support response and discipline for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with multiple agile release trains to manage dependencies of new capabilities needed to enable migration of clients.
  • Mine data from client analysis to drive structured implementation and feature reusability across migrated and new clients.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 8 years of experience with group insurance.
  • 8 years of experience in managing teams, clients, vendors, finances
  • System and data migration experience, including aspects of iterative testing, data management and sunsetting of systems
  • Proven ability to manage SLAs for production support including monitoring, testing, root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices
  • Experience with E2E integrated regression testing definition and management, holding multiple teams accountable for quality and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of integration design and implementation and system integration using APIs and transformation of files
  • Experience in working on cloud systems (iPaas / Saas) and with mainframe systems
