Make Your Mark:
Under general direction, the Associate Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and executing BlackLine's global content syndication program. This role collaborates with Solutions Marketing, Regional Marketing Teams, and Brand Teams to ensure alignment of the sponsored content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a prove n track record , of managing global content syndication, across a portfolio of external vendors, ability to deliver programs, at scale that drive conversions, and follow best practice for content alignment of buying behaviors.
This role is offered on an initial 12 -month contract basis, of 40 hours a week, with the possibility to extend as business needs and priorities develop.
You'll Get To:

  • Plan, implement, test, and measure content syndication campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize content syndication campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day performance of regional campaigns through a centralized platform, Integrate
  • Manages and forecasts lead volume for sponsored content, and expectations and fulfilment of the contract.
  • Negotiates, maintains , communicates, and executes the vendor contracts
  • Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of external vendors to ensure alignment with our marketing goals and strategies
  • Analyze and create audience segments in line with campaign needs, matching buying stages to the target audience and content
  • Rapidly iterate on strategy based on data-driven findings
  • Compiles and analyses performance metrics to assess and to inform ongoing content syndication strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and strategic teams to ensure content syndication supports the larger integrated marketing campaigns


What You'll Bring:

  • 2 + years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS/Tech environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of building and managing content syndication programs
  • Proven experience managing relationships with content creators and third-party agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and centralize campaign performance across multiple regions and audience segments .
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau .
  • Preferred experience with digital platforms (6Sense and Integrate )
  • Ability to derive trends and insights from data analysis.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across functions, and maintaining focus on objectives .
  • Proactively resolves or escalates issues to ensure campaign delivery goals are met.
  • Collaborative team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:
USD $15.00 - USD $45.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
