Responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
  • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
  • May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
  • Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal information technology and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
  • Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team, both field and corporate, in order to secure alignment and solution excellence.
  • Creates clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
  • Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
  • Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
  • Leads/owns direction of the project(s) with limited guidance.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


What we're looking for:

  • Service Now System Administrator Certification is required


Required Experience:

  • Creation and administration of SLAs in Service Now
  • Service Portal and Employee Center configuration and administration in Service Now
  • On-Call schedule creation and maintenance in Service Now
  • User Role and Licensing Administration in Service Now

Salary:
National Pay Range: $73,564.42 USD-$172,416.60 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
