Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and timely, and maintaining strong relationship with vendors and publishers.

• Receive, review, and process invoices for various company expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Prepare electronic transfers and payments, including checks and ACH transactions
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• : Maintain and update vendor files, respond to vendor inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
• Process and audit employee expense reports for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
• Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies

• At least 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and Expensify
• Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify issues, conduct thorough research, and resolve

• Ad tech experience
• Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., Certified Accounts Payable Professional)
