We are looking for an Account Manager
Compensation: $125,000-155,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
The account manager role is designed for someone who is passionate about digital media, and constantly strives to drive quantifiable performance marketing results for some of the biggest brands in the world. You’ll be responsible for setting clients up for success, managing best-in-class campaign launches, and taking a growth mindset to all campaigns across all Rokt products. In addition, you’ll be expected to work cross-functionally in search of solving client problems, streamlining processes, and building best practices within your team.
About the role:
- Manage, optimize, and monitor multiple campaigns to ensure campaigns are launching and delivering on schedule and according to client expectations, and are optimally set up to achieve client objectives
- Identify and document campaign best practices with the goal of enabling the broader Rokt GTM organization to achieve their clients objectives
- Drive continued revenue growth from assigned accounts year over year, in-line with company growth
- Partner with business development team to onboard new clients, navigate relationships, and bring prospective clients to see success with Rokt
- Analyze opportunities for key accounts and drive strategic optimizations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in similar roles in digital marketing, customer acquisition, or CRM/retention, at an agency or SaaS company (MarTech or AdTech businesses). Must have key account management experience
- Industry Experience: You'll already have a deep understanding of digital-specific metrics, with proven success optimizing marketing campaigns to results like: Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Click, CPM, Return on Ad Spend, ROI, Open Rates/Bounce Rates, etc.
- Experience with Ad management platforms (e.g. CM, Adobe), 3rd party measurement providers/affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact Radius, Adjust, Branch) – analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) are a plus
- Communication Skills: You keep others in the company informed and up to date on your priorities, current tasks and work completed. You are consistently looking for ways to improve yourself professionally and you encourage constructive criticism of your work.
- Creative problem solver - approaches all projects and tasks with a creative mindset in order to determine the appropriate solution
- Project Management: Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns, strategies, and priorities in an organized and meticulous manner. Act as a liaison between multiple internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure successful setup and maintenance of accounts.
- Reacts well when placed under stressful conditions or pressure
- Experience or understanding of Financial Services preferred but not required.
