Yieldmo goes above and beyond to ensure that our employees are taken care of - physically, mentally, emotionally, and even monetarily. As of 2020, we have implemented Mental Escape (mental health) days that employees can take once a quarter, every year. This is in addition to the unlimited PTO that we already provide. We have also put out various surveys to collect feedback on how everyone is handling working remotely, how we can support them better, and what we can do to make their work more enjoyable. Yieldmo provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan managed by Fidelity. We match 100% of contributions up to 3% of an employee's annual gross pay.
