Yieldmo goes above and beyond to ensure that our employees are taken care of - physically, mentally, emotionally, and even monetarily. As of 2020, we have implemented Mental Escape (mental health) days that employees can take once a quarter, every year. This is in addition to the unlimited PTO that we already provide. We have also put out various surveys to collect feedback on how everyone is handling working remotely, how we can support them better, and what we can do to make their work more enjoyable. In response, in 2021, we have also installed some new wellness perks to support our employees physical and mental health even more so. We look forward to finding new creative ways to meet the evolving needs of our employees in order to help them to be their best selves in and out of work.

Yieldmo provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan managed by Fidelity. We match 100% of contributions up to 3% of an employee's annual gross pay.

Home-office stipend for remote employees
