Create social-first videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Shoot and direct on-camera talent, edit platform-specific short-form content, add basic motion design, and contribute creative ideas to social campaigns and product launches.

The Social Media Lead will oversee Synthesia's presence on social platforms, shape the company's voice on AI and creativity, and manage community engagement while tracking content performance.
