Lead and mentor an Investor Services team; manage investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers); serve as primary client contact; ensure accurate investor communications and regulatory compliance; improve workflows; collaborate with accounting, legal, and compliance; provide training, participate in due diligence, and prepare management reports and performance metrics.

Support daily middle-office operations including trade affirmation/confirmation across asset classes, cash and position reconciliations, corporate action processing, investigating trade discrepancies and settlement issues, producing operational reports, and improving processes while supporting portfolio managers and stakeholders.

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will manage service requests and client projects, collaborate with R&D, and support clients on the Eclipse platform.
