The company has developed the technology to serve content, ads, and promotions programatically to Android users lock screen. Once the user unlocks the phone, the ad disappears so it does not interfere with the user’s ability to make calls or take other actions. The ads that are served are relevant to the individual user based on demographic information that they provide to them or that they get when a user logs-in via Facebook Connect.
