Responsible for project planning, team leadership, stakeholder communication, budget management, quality control, risk management, and project evaluation. Required domestic travel 25-50%.

Contribute to evolving a performance & analytics platform, mentor product engineers, and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to set new industry standards.

Lead data conversion projects, collaborate with customers and implementation team, perform data mapping and cleansing activities, troubleshoot data variances, coordinate with project managers, partner with Data Science team, deliver accurate and timely responses, contribute to broader Customer Success initiatives.
