Lead and grow a deep learning engineering team to productionize 2D/3D computer vision and graph-theory research. Manage stakeholders, coordinate with infrastructure and data pipeline teams, set and adjust research agendas, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and ensure end-to-end ML lifecycle (data, training, deployment). Mentor a team of ~5 engineers and establish high-performing ways of working.

Design and deliver reusable "paved paths" (documentation, reference architectures, IaC modules, templates, and tools) to simplify cloud-based application development. Partner with architects and platform teams, iterate based on developer feedback, and incorporate AI-assisted workflows to improve developer experience, adoption, and time-to-value.

Lead enterprise architecture for builder enablement by mapping infrastructure, services, and patterns; align teams through clear principles, reference architectures, and guidance; identify gaps and shared capabilities; influence design decisions; mentor engineers; and prioritize platform investments to enable consistent, scalable engineering across a large federated organization.
