Provide day-to-day operational support for Mercer Wise 401(k) plans: handle client inquiries, ensure payrolls are processed and funded, support implementations, resolve issues per Mercer standards, assist with communications and legal notices, help administer annual testing and Form 5500 reporting, and identify process improvements. Regular use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
