GripeO

GripeO is a website and mobile application available to both consumers and businesses which improves the way people complain. Consumers can conveniently submit product or service complaints from their mobile or PC. Business use GripeO to mediate complaints, identify systemic problems, and improve customer service. Ignored gripes are moved to the GripeO Complaint Marketplace where competitive businesses can purchase the complaint in an ad-market style and use GripeO to convert new business. To this end, GripeO will be a model capable of collecting complaints and leveraging third party API's to successfully monetize complaint data on the internet.
