Foothold Technology

Foothold is a meeting space of technologists that care about social impact & human services experts that want to effect positive change with technology. We build digital solutions to help improve quality of care, health equity & healthcare outcomes. We work with agencies across the spectrum of human services, including developmental disabilities, mental health, substance use disorders, homelessness, supportive housing, home and community-based services, and care management. We currently offer an EHR platform (AWARDS) & a Care Management platform (FCM) to support these organizations. We are a Certified B Corporation by operating business in accordance with the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability.
