We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers. We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D. But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.

We’re a small, creative, tech-savvy team with a passion for technology, education, music, audiobooks and podcasts. We all love what we do. Many of us have built and exited companies at scale before, and we’re bringing that experience to the world of audio entertainment and learning for children. As a start-up, we don’t revel in office politics and endless meetings, giving you more time to focus on the more fun part of the job. Our NYC-based team is small and rapidly growing; we are all gritty, creative, hard-working...and also love a good pun, coffee (or tea!), and—as clichéd as it may be—genuinely enjoy working together. Our US office is in Brooklyn, NY with headquarters based in London, and working on a hybrid office schedule. In normal times, flexible working hours and/or remote working are standard. Many of the team are parents, and we truly understand that life and work need to work together.

Our mission is simple: build the replacement to the broken U.S. education system. No compromises, no reform. Most schools continue to do the same things they’ve always done: making students memorize content, test them, score them, and rank them. Unsurprisingly, students are losing their creativity and motivation, and are utterly unprepared to succeed in the real world. In our virtual program, middle and high school students work on passion-based projects that they get to create and take wherever they wish. They don’t attend lecture-based classes or read old textbooks — they’re building video games, writing fantasy novels, conducting scientific research, and more! We connect them with industry mentors to expose them to new careers and fields of study. Students learn not only the full breadth of academic subjects but also important soft skills and subjects such as financial literacy, philosophy, and more. Our school is organized in small, tight-knit cohorts so every group of students and faculty can feel close and engaged in their community. We’ve embarked on our journey to accelerate students toward their wildest dreams. We can’t wait for you to join us!
