Kustomer has recently appointed Douglas Hanna as its first president and chief operating officer. Hanna brings a wealth of experience from his previous executive positions at companies like Zendesk and Grafana Labs to his new role.
Kustomer is a conversational CRM platform designed to enhance customer experiences by unifying customer data from multiple sources into a single timeline. It leverages AI, automation and no-code configuration to help companies increase operational efficiency and provide personalized service.
Prior to joining Kustomer, Hanna was COO at Grafana Labs, where helped scale the company from its seed stage at 75 employees to its Series D with a team of more than 1,000. His responsibilities at Kustomer will include managing all customer-facing operations such as marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, support and services.
