Cloudflare is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) responsible for leading the people function and ensuring the company's culture and people strategy support high-growth business objectives. The CPO will lead all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, culture, succession planning, change management, workforce planning, organization development, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. This role is crucial as Cloudflare aims to scale to $5 billion in revenue and grow its workforce to 10,000 employees in the next five years.

Responsible for ensuring the success of Cloudflare's largest Named customers and managing all of their post-sale experiences. Required to have strong relationship-building experience, product knowledge, project management, and organizational skills.
