Responsible for reviewing member out-of-pocket expenses and Carrot Card expenses, collaborating with various teams for an exceptional member experience, coordinating between Payments team and insurance payers for accurate payment facilitation, tracking and troubleshooting claims, and providing support to members with claim-related issues.
Review incoming member out-of-pocket expenses and Carrot Card expenses. Collaborate with Care team, Customer Success, and Finance team for member experience. Coordinate with Payments team and insurance payers for payment facilitation. Minimum qualifications include 1-3 years of claims submission/processing experience in India, detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and track claims through lifecycle. Base salary starting at $72,000 - $75,000 per year with additional benefits and rewards package.

Responsible for triaging and evaluating member services clinical escalations, supporting research of evidence-based data, and providing up-to-date information to members. Requires strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills as well as global awareness and cultural sensitivity.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with fertility clinics in the US and Canada. Manage relationships, negotiate rates, and identify opportunities to add value for members. Support patient escalations and work to minimize treatment costs and improve access to care. Part of the Provider Partnerships Team within the Strategy Team at Carrot Fertility.
