As a Senior Covenants Analyst, you will analyze high yield documentation and debt structures, summarizing findings for diverse audiences, engaging with market participants, and collaborating closely with experts to produce industry-leading covenant analysis.

The Head of Leveraged Loans will lead the covenant analysis product, manage a team of attorneys, produce credit agreement analyses, innovate and scale the offering, engage with clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Reorg at industry events.
