The Electronic Trading (OEMS) Implementation Manager at Enfusion will work directly with Front Office teams to implement new trading systems and workflows. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, product setup, UAT, client go-live, and shaping product strategy.

Lead the development and implementation of a world-class user experience strategy for digital products at Enfusion. Establish UX processes, implement design systems, conduct user research, and stay updated on design trends to drive innovation and improve user experience. Must have 10+ years of UX experience and demonstrated success in UX strategy implementation.
