As a Business Operations & Performance Manager, you will lead performance reporting, analyze financial data, and identify growth opportunities across commercial verticals. You will work closely with stakeholders on key initiatives and drive collaboration among teams to enhance financial performance for SeatGeek.

Support the Senior Director of Internal Audit in planning and executing internal audit services with a focus on SOX compliance. Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to mitigate risk and improve controls across the Company. Assist in designing the future-state audit program and provide guidance on important business initiatives.

Coordinate and execute audit projects, assessments, and investigations. Support the execution of SOX program and collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide objective assurance and advisory services. Train employees on company policies and internal control requirements. Establish and maintain excellent relationships within the team and with leaders across the business. Support the preparation of periodic update reports to stakeholders.
