Analyze leveraged loan credit agreements to identify covenant issues, summarize complex documentation, answer market participant questions, produce data-backed covenant analysis, engage clients and represent Octus at industry events.

Manage employment law across the Americas, advising on hiring, performance, terminations, leaves, wage-and-hour, investigations, and disputes. Partner with HR and business leaders to build scalable policies, playbooks, and trainings. Support commercial contracting, fintech SaaS/data licensing, and IP matters; coordinate outside counsel and contribute to governance, privacy, and strategic legal initiatives.
