The Manager, Counsel, Technical Contracts will draft and negotiate various technology and commercial agreements, provide legal counsel to business partners, and manage contract risks and processes. This role includes advising on technology agreements related to SaaS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning.
