The Associate General Counsel will provide legal guidance to IEX's business teams, negotiate and draft various complex agreements, prepare corporate governance documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing intellectual property issues and collaborating with regulators such as FINRA and the SEC.

As Regulation Counsel at IEX, you will support the Chief Regulatory Officer by developing SEC rule filings, providing regulatory guidance on compliance, responding to inquiries from regulators, and collaborating on internal surveillance systems. You'll also draft policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance and work with various teams to ensure effective communication and controls.
