The Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal support on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and strategic transactions like mergers and acquisitions. This role involves advising internal teams, managing corporate governance processes, and building a scalable legal function for Gusto as it prepares for growth.

As a Legal Intern at Gusto, you'll conduct research on topics such as privacy, intellectual property, and employment law. You'll provide legal guidance to various teams, partner with Product and Commercial Counsels, and create training documentation.
