In this role as a Sourcer at Hex, you will manage the top-of-funnel recruiting strategy, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create outreach strategies, conduct pitch calls, and utilize sourcing tools to find exceptional talent for both technical and business roles.
